About the Company – NatureFinance

The Nature Finance Hub is a Swiss-based initiative hosted by NatureFinance, a non-profit at the forefront of embedding nature in financial systems. The Hub aims to position Switzerland as a global leader in nature-positive innovation and finance by uniting actors across finance, policy, science, industry, and civil society. It serves as a dynamic platform to spark solutions that align capital flows with biodiversity and ecosystem resilience. 

About the Position 

As a Strategy & Innovation Intern, you will work directly with the Head of the Nature Finance Hub to shape strategic priorities and support emerging work programmes. This is a unique opportunity to combine research, stakeholder mapping, coordination, and creativity while building your network within the global nature-positive ecosystem. The role is perfect for a systems thinker excited by the intersection of nature, finance, and innovation. 

Your Role & Responsibilities 

• Support development of the Hub’s strategy and work programmes 

• Conduct research on nature-related finance and innovation topics 

• Build stakeholder maps across industries, academia, and civil society 

• Assist with meeting prep for the Advisory Board and key partners 

• Help organize convenings and strategic outreach activities 

• Support internal knowledge management and track nature-positive trends 

• Shadow the Head of the Hub, learn, grow, and build your own network! 

About You 

• You are a Bachelor, Master or MBA or have recently completed a degree in any field 

• You have a strong interest in building a career supporting nature-positive initiatives 

• You’re analytical, creative, and excited by systems-level change 

• Excellent in research and coordination; proactive and collaborative by nature 

• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus) 

• You are curious, ambitious, and ready to learn in a fast-paced, global environment
